Ansible and Communications Dossier¶
This dossier gathers selections on transit constraints, ansible practice, and Confederation message policy—the institutional machinery through which distance reshapes law, engineering, and what polities can know in time.
It is not a technical manual. It is a guided path for readers who need to understand why communications and transit belong in the same archival subject.
